SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 15

Congratulating the Spring Valley High School golf team on winning the 2001 Class AAA championship and the 2001 Mountain State Athletic Conference title.

Whereas, The Spring Valley High School golf team won the 2001 Class AAA state championship, the first state title in the school's history; and
Whereas, The Spring Valley High School golf team also won the Mountain State Athletic Conference title; and
Whereas, The success of the Spring Valley High School golf team is attributed to the outstanding coaching ability of Keith Wellman and the athletic ability and team sportsmanship of all the team players: Jared Jones, Steve Ross, Matt Skeens, Brad Kazee, Nathan Ward and Matt Perry; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Senate:
That the Senate hereby congratulates the Spring Valley High School golf team on winning the 2001 Class AAA championship and the 2001 Mountain State Athletic Conference title; and, be it
Further Revolved, That the Clerk is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the principal of Spring Valley High School, coach Keith Wellman and each member of the Spring Valley High School golf team.
